Why look at a niche affiliate platform? Because usually these have many of the biggest and most trusted names in the niche. Products that are already popular and trusted by customers. There are big names that only scuba divers are familiar with. Same with rock climbers, mountaineering fanatics, or ultralight backpackers. When all the top brands of gear in those niches come together and offer 8, 10, or even 12% then it’s worth it to find out where the top brands in your niche like to manage their affiliate programs.

I guess you can’t directly share affiliate links to FB. It(FB) will ban you. So, to be in safer side I think marketer prefer landing pages as a website or Blog.
Affiliate links are unique links given to an affiliate marketer for each product they promote. When a customer clicks on your link and makes a purchase, the affiliate program tracks it back to you and you make money.

This one’s pretty obvious, choose an affiliate program which is timely and relevant. Bigger networks attract more vendors and buyers. So this means you have more chances of becoming one of the successful affiliates.
Some affiliate programs pay just 15 days after the end of the month, but most affiliate programs will take between 30 days and up to three months to pay you. This is normally because they need to verify the sale and because sometimes they offer a 30-day refund. If someone decides to cancel their purchase and ask for a refund, you will lose your commission.

The best way to make sure you won’t get rejected is to publish at least 5-15 high-quality articles on your website before applying. As long as they’re relevant to the affiliate program and your website looks good, you should be OK.
Moral of the story, don’t get discouraged. There will be some brands who will be happy to take you even if you don’t have a track record and then there will be some you have to work much harder for. It’s totally possible for you to make money through a blog or social media using affiliate marketing.
