The reason you need to choose one specific topic is that it will make it easier to write for a specific audience and a product. Also, the major benefit of choosing a specific product is that you should also be confident and aware that what are the products that you can easily promote.

Moral of the story, don’t get discouraged. There will be some brands who will be happy to take you even if you don’t have a track record and then there will be some you have to work much harder for. It’s totally possible for you to make money through a blog or social media using affiliate marketing.
