Before moving on to the next step, I suggest writing at least 25 articles. These should not be short 500-word updates but rather lengthy, in-depth articles about your niche. For example, don’t write articles about your cat if you’re in the weight-loss niche. Instead, maintain your focus and write about the niche you set out to create.
Affiliate marketing is different for different people. It is full of endless tricks that you can use to increase your sales. One such trick is to find and place offers with the highest discounts. People love discounts. If a product is priced originally at $999 but is selling at $199, then that will sell better if a product that was originally priced at $399 and now being sold at $199. The percentage discount matters. So, if you are trying to promote an affiliate product, try to show the highest discount possible — no matter what the original price is.

Don’t throw in affiliate products that have nothing to do with baking. That would only confuse your readers and decrease your credibility as an authority blogger in your niche.
Instead of doing what everyone else is doing and making peanuts while doing it, set yourself apart by partnering with mid-sized businesses, who sell products and services which will be highly useful to your readers.
